All prices shown on the Supertrooper website are in Australian Dollars and exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Sold Out means that we don’t currently have stock available. If you would like to purchase a particular item, contact us and we'll try to restock the item.

We are experiencing delays in post handling so account for 4 weeks delivery of your order.

Delivery times may vary depending upon custom requirements and local delivery procedures. We are experiencing delays in post handling during the peak season of Christmas so account for 4 weeks delivery of your order.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive or if your order is taking longer than we estimate, please take in consideration:

Credit card authorisation, cheque and electronic clearance and address verification must be received prior to order processing.

All orders can take up to 24 hours to be downloaded into the system and therefore not processed before that time.

We strive to ensure that all of our online customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We want you to love what you have ordered. Each garment and product has been shown and described with as much clarity and detail as possible to enable you to make a good purchasing decision. However, if when you receive your order it is not what you where after for reasonings of fit colour or sizing then we are happy to assist you in an exchange for an item more suitable as long as the item is returned in its original condition with original tags and purchase receipts.

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving our order (within Australia). If you need to exchange any items please contact us on studio@supertrooperstudio.com. All returns will be processed promptly allowing you to choose another size, colour or item for same value as purchased price.

Unless otherwise agreed, all charges incurred in returning the goods are at the purchaser’s expense. Supertrooper suggests that insurance be placed on goods while in transit. Goods not returned within 14 days of receipt of order will only be accepted at the discretion of Supertrooper Studio. Please return all items with express Post also make sure its insured and signing required for pick up by Supertrooper Studio. This way we can track events during transport of purchased goods.
